About the

Anaconda DF518 Mobile Scalping Reclaimer

The Anaconda DF518 Tracked Scalping Reclaimer Screen is a heavy-duty, high-output mobile scalping screen built to handle the toughest applications in quarrying, mining, recycling, and aggregates. Designed for productivity and versatility, the Anaconda DF518 can operate as a standalone unit or work in line with a primary crusher to efficiently manage large volumes of material.

Powered by a JCB 444 DieselMAX Tier 3 engine, the DF518 scalping screen can process up to 375 tonnes per hour, depending on material and setup. Its 5,490 mm × 1,520 mm double-deck screenbox features equal-length top and bottom decks to maximise screening efficiency for materials such as stone, sand, gravel, construction and demolition waste, coal, iron ore, and topsoil.

A variable-speed 4-ply belt feeder is fitted as standard, with an optional apron feeder available for high-impact or abrasive materials. Oversize, mids, and fines are discharged through three hydraulic folding conveyors with variable speed control, while the wide discharge widths on the mids and fines conveyors ensure consistent material flow even in high volumes. These features make the Anaconda DF518 Mobile Scalping Reclaimer a dependable performer for demanding industrial and mining applications.

Ease of maintenance and safety are built into every aspect of this reclaimer screen’s design. The hydraulic screenbox lift allows quick mesh changes, and the integrated screenbox walkways provide safe, easy access during service. With a 20-minute setup time, the Anaconda DF518 is ideal for contractors and site operators who need a reliable, mobile scalper that can move quickly between jobs without compromising on production.

Backed by a 2-year/3,000-hour Anaconda warranty, the DF518 Scalper Screen delivers the durability, throughput, and precision expected from a world-class portable screening machine. For operators seeking a versatile scalping screen for sale, a rugged reclaimer screen for hire, or a powerful scalper reclaimer for large-scale operations, the Anaconda DF518 stands out as a proven, high-capacity solution for material processing.
