How do I create an account with Onetrak?

You don’t need an account to browse our equipment, but setting up a trade account makes ordering spare parts and managing after sales service easier. You can submit a trade account request via our online link here.

Can I order spare parts online?

Yes. You can browse our genuine machine parts range and submit an enquiry online. A parts specialist will confirm availability and organise delivery.

Do you offer finance options for new or used equipment?

Yes. Onetrak provide flexible finance, rental and rent-to-buy options tailored to your project. Speak with our sales team for details and a solution that suits your operation.

How do I arrange a rental account with Onetrak?

You can apply for a rental account online here. Application takes 5-10mins and we’ll respond within 72 hours. You can also send an enquiry through our Rentals page or reach out to the team on 1300 727 520 to get started.

Where are Onetrak’s branches located?

We have sales, parts, and service centres across Australia, including Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia. We also provide ongoing support with sales and service for the Northern Territory and ACT.

Do you provide on-site servicing?

Yes. Our mobile service trucks and trained technicians can attend your site nationwide to minimise downtime.

What are your opening hours?

Our branches are open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (local time, closed on public and regional holidays). Some locations offer extended service hours by arrangement.

How do I request a service or repair?

Simply contact your nearest Onetrak branch or complete our service request form online, and our team will schedule a technician.

What brands does Onetrak support?

We are the authorised nationwide dealer for Tigercat, Ecostar, Hammel, Striker, Anaconda, Hidromek, XCMG (Tasmania Only), Ecohog and Terex Fuchs. We also supply parts and provide ongoing servicing for other makes and models across Australia.

How do I contact Onetrak for general enquiries?
