The Norditek VB1400 Water Bath Separator is a simple and effective waste recycling separator that uses buoyancy and material density to divide mixed waste into cleaner fractions. A density separator like the VB1400 is particularly useful when materials cannot be separated effectively by size or shape alone. The VB1400 Water Bath easily divides lighter materials such as wood from heavier stone, concrete and other contaminants. Adjustable water flow and optional water-density control allow operators to fine-tune the process, producing three outputs: floating material, sinking material and sludge.
