Workshop facilities

Onetrak has a wide support network with workshop facilities in Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. Each workshop facility is equipped with multiple work bays and specialist tooling to accommodate our customers' machines and ensure the most efficient repair and diagnostic time possible. The Onetrak aftersales team has one focus; making sure that your asset is repaired efficiently and returned to you with minimal downtime. 

Field service

To be able to efficiently service our customers' machines on the job site we have a support network of over 25 fully equipped 4x4 field service vehicles. All of our technicians are factory trained and skilled to offer the best possible solution to keep your machines running.

Our field service capabilities include:

What started as a need to modify excavators to be able to work in tough forestry conditions has today grown into a diversified, well-resourced and capable group with expertise in manufacturing a variety of quality products on demand. Onetrak specialises in customisation of special build requirements from the ground up - no job is too big or too small.
