We offer mobile crushing trains for crushing machines from $7.50 per tonne. WE provide all rental equipment on a dry hire basis, structured for your application.
We can tailor crushing trains from blast to finished product, from scalping, primary jaws or impactors, cones and VSI’s through to recirculating control screens and final finishing screens alternatively we can supply extra equipment to optimise production and output on your existing circuit. Contact our sales team for a custom Aggflow layout that suits your industry.
Our crushing machine rentals and screening machine rentals are available on flexible terms to suit your project requirements. You can choose from short-term hire for temporary works, long-term rental agreements for ongoing operations, or a convenient rent-to-buy option if you’re looking to eventually own the machine.
We can also tailor contracts around factors like project length, production targets, and budget needs.
Yes, impact crushers are highly effective for concrete recycling, particularly where reinforced concrete and variable demolition material are present. In mobile recycling applications, Striker impact crushers such as the Striker HQR1112 and Striker HQ1312 are commonly used due to their high-energy impact action, which fractures concrete efficiently while helping release steel reinforcement.
When fitted with a recirculating (recirc) system, oversized material is returned to the crusher until the desired product size is achieved, improving consistency and reducing rehandling.Anaconda impact crushers such as the Anaconda I12R are also well suited to concrete recycling, offering compact transport dimensions, reliable recirculation, and flexibility across changing site conditions.
These machines can be supplied for demonstration, hire, or rent-to-trial, allowing operators to assess real-world performance on their own material before committing.
An impact crusher is not always the best primary crusher for concrete recycling, particularly in the following situations:
Very large or thick reinforced concrete
Heavy slabs, footings, or bridge sections with dense reo can overload an impactor. In these cases, a jaw crusher upstream is better suited to break material down before impact crushing.
Excessive steel content or long reo lengths
Large quantities of long reinforcement can wrap, stall rotors, or increase wear. While impactors help liberate steel, too much at the primary stage reduces efficiency.
Extremely abrasive concrete or high contamination
Concrete mixed with hard rock, asphalt millings, or embedded steel fragments can accelerate blow bar wear when used as the first reduction stage.
High-moisture or clay-bound feed
Wet fines and clay can build up inside the crushing chamber, reducing throughput and increasing blockages in primary impact crushing.
Very high feed size variability without pre-scalping
If feed ranges from fines to large chunks with no control, impactors struggle to maintain consistent reduction as a primary unit.
In these scenarios, a common approach is to use a jaw crusher as the primary to reduce feed size and manage steel, perhaps after a mobile scalper such as a DF518 to reduce clay bound feed, then follow with a recirculating impact crusher—such as Striker or Anaconda impactor models—for secondary reduction and final shaping.
If you’re unsure whether an impactor should be primary or secondary on your material, Onetrak can arrange a demo, hire, or rent-to-trial so performance can be validated on your actual concrete feed before committing.
