About the job:

  • Organise and supervise dispatch of goods, following Onetrak’s internal systems and processes
  • Provide direction and organise the picking and distribution of orders
  • Report daily on picking performance and completion of administrative tasks (invoicing/short supply etc)
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Prepare parcels and pallets for parts orders for distribution to our national network and direct customer shipping
  • Assist with receiving and unloading/loading trucks
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to Onetrak’s standards
  • Maintain inventory control and integrity
  • Assist in annual stock take and counting of inventory as required
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all time.
  • Other duties as required and reasonable

About You:

We are looking for a team player, who takes pride in high quality work and is always looking to improve.

  • Current driver’s license with reliable transport
  • Current Forklift license with reach and counter balance experience
  • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Intermediate data entry and computer skills required
  • Experience with 3rd party Transport booking portals highly desirable.
  • Experience in dispatch is essential for this role
  • The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.

  • You will be self-motivated, have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve and have the confidence, skill and knowledge to work autonomously.
