Onetrak is seeking an experienced National Parts Manager to lead and support Onetrak’s Parts team, set strategic goals for accounts and regions, create sales plans, and analyze data to compare sales goals with actual sales.

Refine inventory levels for maximum return on investment.

Create processes and quality customer service standards to build long-term relationships with clients and develop innovative strategies to grow the customer base.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in parts management and customer service management from automotive/machinery industry with muti-franchise experience.
  • Experience with ordering and procurement of parts locally and overseas, excellent knowledge in logistics.
  • A strong and developed knowledge of Inventory Management processes, parameters, implications and effectiveness of changes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dealer Management Systems and how they work, preferably Titan DMS.
  • Stock Management experience with high level of experience in inventory control.
  • Proven business development experience with a mindset to grow business into other areas of opportunity.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • You possess a full vehicle driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and executing the Annual Parts Sales and Activity plan
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s related to the Parts Business that helps measure our service to our customers and increased retail sales
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Compile Monthly and Annual reports as required by the business including, Competitor Analysis, Customer Satisfaction and Parts Sales, Profitability etc.
  • Maintaining necessary contact with key customers and industry associations to achieve the objectives of Onetrak’s Parts business.
  • Analyzing and assisting operations to maintain inventory levels and slow moving/obsolete of spare parts within budget parameters.
  • Review and maintain cost effective transportation costs
  • Lead parts pricing review and ensure prices are kept consistent with business strategies.
  • Develop marketing programs in conjunction with the marketing team to increase sales and market share of Onetrak parts.
  • Management of OEM and non-OEM supplier/vendor base for Factory, Non-Factory and Locally sourced products.
